Very rude,impolite and unfriendly! Expensive & Overpriced!

It was the most worst and horrendous service experience I had in my life !
I brought my dog for grooming and walked pass this shop to spend my time while waiting for my dog to plug his hair.
I flew many countries for mineral collection and also explore the mines myself and export those minerals to China and many countries !
I didn’t notice there was a small signboard wrote “no self-service” at the corner of the wardrobe. I suggested the owner just place this signboard in front of the display room and also stick it clearly in front of the entrance door !!
I was interested in one of the transparent mineral as we all deal with transparent and high clarity mineral for craving and for sure we will check the hardness and its type of minerals.

One of the male staffs wore spec/brille and with full beard cover whole half face came (can search his photo in Facebook by clicking mention in their page ) and with the very “disrespectful and look down on people “ eye sight and talked in very unpleasant tone and said “ NO self-service” in German and pointed on the small signboard !

The way he talked was very impolite and also the left chin was crooked / devious ?! And eye sight was very “I don’t care who you are and you don’t have money to spend in my shop “?!

I said I am sorry that I didn’t notice this small little signboard.

I looked around and asked him does he has the rutin Quatz in star form?!
He walked me to one of the rooms and then noticed didn’t have and then called his female colleague.
Then she just went and showed me the rutin quatz collection which insides didn’t have the type I want.
Then he took a piece of paper and drew the type and design of the crystal that I want and asked what kind of price I can offer and then he just look for it.
When they took out the rutin quatz collection and I noticed the price was horrendous high , from EURO 130—1500/ piece !?
And I walked all those small little place and noticed all prices were remarkable HIGH and expensive and overpriced ! ?

I told him for the type I want , I can offer around EURO 350–500 / piece and he was VERY ANGRY and threw the paper hardly away to show me his attitude!
I told him I CANNOT accept his attitude towards me! I can’t believe how would a shop hire such workers for so long where I read the reviews from other platform which is 7 years ago and such male worker is still working and serving people with this kind of attitude and manner ?
Where is the EQ and the art of serving customers ?
The shop claims that they have 25 years business experience and I think how would Viennese accept such service attitude by supporting such disrespectful behaviors ?

I also deal in business and for sure I will tell the potential clients in a nice and good way that for such price we don’t think we can make it but our price for such quality is from this range to this range. If you agreed, we will assist.
It is ridiculous that a seller asked a buyer how much a buyer would want to offer for such quality items ? Wasn’t it was the responsibility of the seller to tell a buyer what price they will offer / sell and the buyer can judge is it more reasonable for such price ?

After this incident, I went to read other reviews and see other buyers’ experience and knew I was not the only person whom was treated in such a BAD way !

NIGHTMARE experience and spoilt people’s good mood and energy !

Claiming to give people ‘s good energy by selling those minerals but own Qi and energy are so NEGATIVE and affect people’s QI and Energy ! ! It’s VERY FUNNY and a BIG Joke for us!

I won’t come to this shop and WON’T RECOMMEND any person to come !
